Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using TargetTrak ("the App"), provided by Glazer Dynamics Pty Ltd (ACN 699 791 609, ABN 71 699 791 609) ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service

TargetTrak records sessions, measures groups from target photographs, stores rifle and ammunition profiles and calculates trajectories. It is provided on an "as-is" basis.

3. Accounts

The App works locally and requires no account. You are responsible for the security of your device and your data.

4. Subscription

TargetTrak is an annual subscription with no free version. It renews through Google Play or the App Store until cancelled, and the localised price and renewal terms shown by the store apply. You can manage or cancel renewal in the store; access normally continues until the end of the paid period, after which the App stays locked until you subscribe again. Your records remain on your device. Existing prepaid passes keep their original expiry and are not converted automatically. Refunds follow the store's process and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Acceptable use

Use the App only for its intended purpose. You must not reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.

6. Intellectual property

App content, design and code are owned by Glazer Dynamics Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international copyright law.

7. Disclaimer

Measurement and ballistic tools are aids and must not be the sole basis for firearm accuracy or safety decisions. Results are estimates. Exercise your own judgement and follow safe practices.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

9. Data and privacy

See the Privacy Policy for how the App handles information.

10. Ending use

You may stop using the App by uninstalling it and cancelling renewal in the store. We may modify or discontinue the App subject to applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and disputes are subject to Australian courts.
