Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using TargetTrak ("the App"), developed by Glazer Dynamics Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service

TargetTrak records and analyses shooting performance and includes group measurement, ballistic calculations, equipment profiles and session logging. It is provided on an "as-is" basis.

3. Accounts

The App operates locally and requires no account. You are responsible for your device and data security.

4. Premium passes

Optional prepaid passes unlock features for a stated period and do not auto-renew. Apple or Google processes payments and handles refunds under the relevant store policy.

5. Acceptable use

Use the App only for its intended purpose. You must not unlawfully reverse-engineer, modify or distribute the App or its components.

6. Intellectual property

App content, design and code are owned by Glazer Dynamics Pty Ltd and protected by applicable copyright law.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from App use. Nothing excludes consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Disclaimer

Measurement and ballistic tools are aids and must not be the sole basis for firearm accuracy or safety decisions. Results are estimates. Exercise your own judgement and follow safe practices.

9. Data and privacy

See the Privacy Policy for information about data handling.

10. Ending use

You may stop using the App by uninstalling it. We may modify or discontinue the App subject to applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above will show the latest revision.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Australian law and disputes are subject to Australian courts.
