Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Glazer Dynamics Pty Ltd (ACN 699 791 609, ABN 71 699 791 609) ("we", "us") provides the TargetTrak mobile application ("the App", package com.glazerdynamics.targettrak). This policy explains how the App handles information, in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

2. Summary

TargetTrak is a local-first shooting log. There is no account and no TargetTrak server. Sessions, target photos, rifle and ammunition profiles stay on your device unless you choose to back up, export or share them. The App does not show advertising and does not include analytics or crash-reporting services.

3. Information the App handles

Shooting log and photos: session details, group measurements, target photographs, rifle and ammunition profiles, ballistic preferences and backups you create are stored in the App's private storage on your device. They are used only to provide the log, measurement, calculator, backup and export features. We do not receive them.

Camera and photos: the App uses the camera or your photo library only when you choose to photograph or select a target. Photos remain on your device.

Purchases: Google Play or the Apple App Store processes subscription payments and reports subscription status to the App on your device. We do not receive payment-card details.

Technical information: when the App contacts the store, that service receives ordinary network request information such as IP address and request time, under its own privacy policy.

4. When information leaves your device

The App does not upload your log automatically. Information leaves your device only when you contact the store to purchase or restore a subscription, or when you choose Share, backup or export. Shared or exported files are passed to the destination you choose, which processes them under its own terms. We do not sell personal information.

5. Storage and security

Your log is stored locally. Backup files are saved where you choose. Protect your device and backups with appropriate access controls.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

7. Your rights

Australian privacy law may give you rights to access or correct personal information and to complain about its handling. Because your shooting log is stored on your device, you control it directly: you can delete all data in Settings or uninstall the App.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest revision.
