1. Overview

Glazer Dynamics Pty Ltd ("we", "us") operates the TargetTrak mobile application ("the App"). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles.

2. Information we collect

Local data: Shooting data, including sessions, groups, rifles, ammunition profiles and images, is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to our servers.

Camera: The App uses the camera to photograph targets for group measurement. Photos remain on your device.

Location: The App may request location to obtain weather conditions. Location is used for this purpose and is not retained by us.

Advertising: The free App may display Google AdMob advertising. Google may collect device identifiers and usage data under its own privacy policy.

Purchases: Apple or Google processes purchases. We do not receive payment-card information.

Diagnostics: Anonymous crash reports and basic analytics may be collected to improve the App.

The App may use Google AdMob, Apple App Store or Google Play billing, and weather-data providers. Those services apply their own privacy policies.

5. Storage and security

Shooting data is stored locally. Backup files are saved where you choose. Protect your device and backups with appropriate access controls.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

7. Your rights

Australian privacy law may give you rights to access or correct personal information and complain about its handling. You control locally stored App data and can delete it in Settings.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above will show the latest revision.
