Terms of Service

These terms govern ReliefPing, provided by Glazer Dynamics Pty Ltd, ACN 699 791 609, ABN 71 699 791 609. By using ReliefPing, you agree to them.

The service

ReliefPing helps Australian schools publish relief-teacher requests, allows eligible teachers to respond, and lets authorised school staff select a teacher. It is not payroll, recruitment, credential-verification, rostering or an employment agency.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use only your own account. School users must be authorised by their school. Teachers are responsible for keeping availability, teaching preferences, area and eligibility information current.

Requests and bookings

Schools are responsible for request accuracy, teacher selection, required employment and safeguarding checks, engagement terms, payment and cancellations. A response does not guarantee selection or employment. A system confirmation records the booking in ReliefPing but does not replace arrangements required between a school and teacher.

Student information

Do not enter student names, health, behaviour, disability or other student personal information in request notes. ReliefPing is not designed to store student records.

Notifications

Push and in-app notifications are a convenience and delivery is not guaranteed. Users must check ReliefPing directly when timely information matters.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse personal information, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, submit unlawful or misleading content, scrape data or infringe rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or material misuse.

Subscriptions and payment

Any price, billing period and renewal terms are shown to the school before purchase or agreement. Provider terms may apply. Nothing limits statutory consumer rights.

Availability and changes

We work to provide a dependable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every eligible person will receive a notification. Features may change as the service develops.

Liability

Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian consumer guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed notifications, unfilled requests, or the conduct of a school, teacher or other user.

Ending use

You may request account deletion through Support. We may disable or terminate an account for material breach, security risk or where required by law. See the Privacy Policy for data handling.
