Terms of Use

These terms govern CaveDevil Survey and CaveDevil Map Manager, provided by Glazer Dynamics Pty Ltd, ACN 699 791 609, ABN 71 699 791 609, D-U-N-S Number 781596875.

Use

The services provide cave-survey collection, visualisation, storage and collaboration. You must use them lawfully, verify measurements, maps, calibration, firmware compatibility and exports, and have the right to upload content.

Safety

CaveDevil is not a life-safety, navigation, rescue or emergency service. Caving is hazardous. Do not rely on the services, a phone, Bluetooth or one survey to protect life or property. Use trained personnel, established procedures, independent navigation and redundant equipment.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create and grant us only the rights needed to host, process, display, back up and transmit it for selected features. Shared-workspace rules may also apply.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep credentials secure. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, distribute malicious content, infringe rights or upload information you cannot process. Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary for security, compliance or material misuse.

Devices, availability and backups

Compatibility and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Keep independent backups before deleting the app, changing devices or installing firmware.

Payments

Prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Provider terms may apply. Statutory refund and consumer rights are not limited.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or accuracy. Nothing excludes rights that cannot be excluded, including Australian consumer guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending use

Deleting the app does not delete uploaded data or an account. See the Privacy Policy or contact Support for deletion.

Store terms and contact
